The Dean of Students Office supports students’ personal, cultural, social and professional development in order to increase their quality of life by ensuring their adaptation to university life and trying to find solutions to their problems in cooperation with academic and administrative units. Dean of students office team supports students by;

• offering orientation programs for new students
• functioning in the fields of culture, art, and sports
• starting sports clubs, and contributing to current students’ clubs and activities
• providing consultation and guidance to students regarding students’ academic and personal problems concerning university life
• creating programs to increase students' academic success (e.g. Academic Peer Support)
• providing economic support through the University's working student program
• creating scholarship and part-time job opportunities for students on the campus
• offering events/activities/programs that promote growth and development of students, communicate the values of the IUE community, and empower students and advocate for students’ needs in order to facilitate a safe and healthy campus environment
• working together with the student union of the IEU
• offering mentoring/peer mentoring and coaching services
• planning and organizing social events for students(choir, jazz, etc.)
• creating opportunities for graduates to find jobs and share their experiences with the graduate information system
